Life Simulator Auto Mode: Decisions Without Repeated Prompts

Auto makes decisions for your fictional character. Speed changes how quickly years advance; it does not turn automatic choices on. This guide describes this independent site’s actual controls.

  1. Start a quick life and confirm the birth card. Quick enables automatic decisions by default. A manual pace lets you choose yourself.
  2. Find Auto in the life control row, below the character details. It is a separate button from the speed multipliers; on a phone, scroll to that row.
  3. Press Auto to toggle it. Stop auto means automatic choices are currently enabled. When enabling Auto while a decision waits, the game can resolve that decision immediately.
  4. Use Pause to read. Auto does not mean you must keep the clock running. Changing speed or pausing preserves an eligible automatic Replay v1.
  5. If you make manual decisions, the run may no longer qualify for reproducible replay. Keep a PNG instead, or start a fresh Quick life for replay sharing.

Limits and troubleshooting

Auto is a game policy, not a way to optimize a real life. No ending, lifetime or happy result is guaranteed. If time appears stuck, inspect Pause and any open decision or finance dialog. Background tabs can slow timers.

Sound, memories and returning

Music starts only when you press Play. The shared Music menu controls pause, mute, volume and optional event sounds. Switching away pauses playback. Your browser’s reduced-motion setting keeps scenes static.

At the ending, Save this memory PNG downloads an original illustrated card. Memory objects link to actual recorded milestones. Charts show stored samples, usually five years apart; gaps and missing values are not invented. Only eligible automatic lives offer Replay v1. Live again opens a new birth card for confirmation.

Recent lives stay on this browser: up to 50 summaries, with detailed memories for the latest 20 new lives. Clearing site data removes them. Older records keep their original summary. Continue resumes an unfinished save. Today’s shared life uses a UTC date and the same automatic seed and birthplace, with an explicit invitation before replacing a current life. Copy its invitation to let a friend play the same automatic story. There is no public leaderboard.
